I think you have to play all the attak cards, get hit by the fire if you have a shield and get hit by the phisical attacks when you don't
Yes, this is the strategy to apply. If you have shield, the flames are reflected (but if it is exceeded, the armor is destroyed) and if you take physical damage, the armor returns it (but if there is shield, your shield will break). It is better to start by taking physical damage to benefit from the regeneration of the ring and end with the use of the shield.
