Honestly astonishing for a game jam. Graphics feel tripy in a good way, gun play is fun, the concept of codes is interesting. The only thing that could have been done better is the theme.

This game is really cool in some ways, reminds me a lot of Cruelty Squad, and with more time and polish it could be really cool. Although I struggled to figure out what was going on a lot of the time because the graphics are really hard to parse a lot of the time. And the code system while cool in concept can be somewhat annoying once you have a lot of weapons to remember the codes for. Still though overall what is here is pretty cool and I love the weapons.
Really loved the various weapons, and the destructive terrain was something I didn’t expect but really liked!
Sometimes it was difficult for me to see what materials things were made out of at a distance.
Also, text could use an outline as it was hard to read on some places.
But the general gameplay was great, the zooming effect when aiming was really original
This game does an excellent job at creating an immersive atmosphere from start to finish. The ambiance is incredibly well-crafted, with every element, whether it's the "coding" mechanic, killcam, story, the music, or the intro contributing to the overall experience, and it pays off. That said, the level design feels a bit underdeveloped in comparison. With some additional focus there, this could truly elevate the game even further. An inspiring piece of work, well done!
