Explanation: The movement is enjoyable, and fits the feel of the game well; however, the jumping feels a little too strict in the horizontal, since it is so free in the vertical. This could be deliberate, but otherwise this is a very nice, simple moveset.

Explanation: Very polished art, and I love the character! The parallaxed background is also a nice touch. Even though this is someone else's art, you applied it very well.

Audio: 10 / 10

Explanation: Very top-notch audio, fits the mood very well. Again, even though this is not your own music, you used it very well. While writing this review, I am listening to it in the background, and find it very pleasant.

Creativity: 6 / 10

Explanation: The gameplay is somewhat basic, but you took the theme and made a nice experience that has your own spin and feel. However, while this is a good experience and by no means bad, it is not overly creative; but as this is a beginner game jam (and I the author of a nearly unplayable "game"), I can't really fault you here.

Narrative: 8 / 10

Explanation: Again, while not the most original thing ever (Celeste comes to mind), you took it and made it your own. This could easily have been a generic get-to-the-top game, but you avoided that skillfully.

Theme: 9 / 10

Explanation: This game made me feel, despite the short playtime. The atmosphere in this game is incredible for such a small, (presumably) beginner project. Great job, keep it up!

Overall: A fun experience with some highly excellent atmosphere.
