What I like about this SRD is how well it is balanced between randomness, the player's agency and, on the author's side, the ability to offer very specific content and control over the story. Using prompts is very effective to keep the story open and there are enough to give the game a good replayabiliyty. While the Leads themselves allow the author to guide the player towards elements that will give a very distinctive flavour to the narrative. In "under a false name" I used them to anchor the story in the spy genre (code, conspiracy, safehouse...) but also to orient towards certain relationships spy-mentor, spy-recruit, spy-lover... Finally, the division in 3 parts allow the, classic but solid, 3 acts structure that everybody feels at home with.
