It's okay. I'd suggest making the gameplay much more fluid, instead of interrupting the player every time they complete the objective. Maybe instead of reloading the scene, have a variable for the wanted person that changes when the player hits the wanted person, and have a display in one of the corners that shows the wanted person? A nice concept, though.
