Be prepared to feel stuff if the topics mentioned in the description resonate with you. Like “crying level” stuff. The character concept of Max is something I can confirm through my own experience to be a totally real possibility. 

So why not give a 5-star review? 

It's not the imagery, the music, or even the way the characters are voiced. All of those aspects were great! The topic of depression just is a nuanced and complicated one. It isn't something that, based on my own unrelated research, can be instantly healed through falling in love. Not saying having a person to be at your side while being very alone/lonely won't or can't help, or this fact was totally disregarded, but I wish for a version of this story to exist which takes it time to show the aforementioned nuance. In addition, I would really like a version of this story, where the end isn't “just” them falling in love, but an “epilogue” which depicts the start of a healing process while still being madly in love, of course.
