Albert's a likable protagonist; I have a soft spot for protags who playfully dig themselves deeper and deeper into trouble, and so he's perfectly suited to this genre.
The frequent integration of exploratory point-and-click sections was engaging, and I really enjoyed the triangle puzzle! At first I thought I was just going to brute force it, but seeing the indentations along the side of the large object was an excellent foundation to work off of, and making the lines all sync up well was very satisfying. The second stone puzzle was just as satisfying, and though it had some challenge, it was more than fair!
I liked the warning when Albert entered the other place. Changing up the familiar "This place is not a place of honor" with "This plane is not a place of honor" is just good wordplay, I really had to stop and savor it.
Also, the means of getting the two different endings is so deeply clever. You've got an eye for making mechanics communicate the right sort of feeling. Very good!
