Quality of Life:

• Made base cats cheaper for feeding cost less
• Add wizard hat to main cat
• Fast Forward no longer impacts non game screens
  

Gameplay:

• Moved Cat Plot nearest to Wizard Cat, due to inability to hit brooms before it hit main cat
• Cat can immediately come back if you feed it
• Enchanting a cat feeds it fully

UI:

• Improved Feed Button
• Fix typos in the credits + add the palette credit
