Basement Baseball v.06 update

V .06 Update:

~ Re balanced the game as more often than not the scores were getting out of hand.

~ Added / Changed some sounds for game and debug

~ Still struggling with extra innings ending properly, hopefully getting better now.

~ New collector cards are appearing at the end of the game, click to reveal (Higher number will be more rare card)
     Early stage cards have no purpose atm
