New Update! Text Calls!

Hello again!  I added a small feature that had been requested, a command can now use the logged in account to chat in the channel!  Useful for pre-programmed things like lists of sounds and such that you would like people to be able to check, or if you're running a promotional link and want chat to be able to ask for the link at will.   Check the readme file for usage!

I had to send this version to Microsoft because the latest Windows Defender flagged it as a positive, haha, that's what I get for having a program that makes network calls.  So if your Windows says it's a virus, update your definitions and it should clear up.
