Version 1.3 – 16 new haircuts + Windows-build

I began this update in December 2023, but ended up postponing it. It was supposed to include a new hair type, but that will be in another update.

The 1.3 version includes:

• 5 new straight haircuts
• 5 new curly haircuts
• 6 new seaweed haircuts
• Download version for Windows
