- Updated the appearance of the sky for combat

- Overhauled the Card Altar node to be less confusing
- Added a brand new card Shove, along with the keyword Knockback
- Changed some verbs to be direct object words instead Radiate -> Circle Disperse -> Grid
- Updated the starting deck to be less overwhelming to new players
