mini noise first (and likely only) update in like 9 months

After watching FireByte cover my game (which was kinda surprising ngl as i haven't touched this game in a while), I decided to push out a MINOR UPDATE to the game. Behold v1.0.3.

• Increased friction of Mini Noise. He's a hockey puck no longer! Hopefully this makes the outlets more tolerable.
• The Gerome Door location is now no longer obvious.

That's pretty much it. Most likely the last time I'll push out to the game as I have a couple projects I'd like to start work on.
