* Reworked most of Chapter 1's levels for clarity.
* Camera now has two modes: Automatic (move and choose direction with the mouse; default) and Manual (move with mouse, choose direction with WASD). These modes can be toggled in the menu. Also disabled camera rotation in first few levels.
* Crates no longer produce a crashing sound for now, as that could be interpreted as a loss condition.
* Fixed being able to hold a key to register multiple inputs (namely, deleting your save file by holding C instead of pressing it 6 times in a row. Oops...)
