Patch 1.2

A small patch with the following changes

• Adaptation now supports controllers, and using WASD to select icons.
• Technomancer drops it's orb when you kill the last technomancer machine, vs the first.
• There is now a "DON'T ASK AGAIN" button that can be selected to prevent rerollballs from spawning for the rest of the run.
• Some miscellaneous bug fixes.
