Scp Recontainment Version 3 Beta 1

Version 3 is currently in production, but this update is big. Because of this i have decided to split the update into Betas, specifically 3 before full release. This is the first of the 3 Betas and this is just a fraction of the update and there's already a lot.

-Containment Containers, they carry scp items. You can use a keycard to open them and get the item
