Thank you folks for pointing out my mistake. I had misplaced the cards on page 3 of the PDF for Adventure 00 + 01. This caused the front page of page 2 to misalign the discoveries and items, which ultimately made it impossible for you to finish the adventures.
The newest version and fixed one is online now.
