Hey friends! Today was mostly about getting the game in a "presentable" state for folks I don't know personally. That was mostly swapping out all the placeholder art I used at random from various magic cards and google searches to be public domain art I found from art museums or wikimedia commons. This'll let me feel a bit better about distributing the game to folks since I know I've got the right rights and licenses for all the stuff in my game now. Also, big-ish new, whoa hey, we have a working title now! I'm going with "Raccoons to Riches" for now, but if you've got other ideas, I'm all ears! I'm planning on running a public demo shortly, so bug me if you wanna come check it out!
In terms of functional changes in this build, I've added a little UI popup when starting a sales day, player turn, or customer turn so that players can better understand the state of the game. I've taken inspiration from Slay the Spire and Diceomancer for this little banner, and I think the animation came out nice actually! Anywho, here's the full changelog:
