Minor Fixes 6

Cutscenes are still being made, however some things have been updated as well:

• All final character dialog and subtitles has been added to the Iron Ghetto
• Subtitles are no longer in all caps; deaf people will now know that the characters are, in fact, not yelling at one another every day
• Occlusion culling has been fixed; epileptics rejoice
• Fygoon's collider has been made smaller, making him less spider-like
• Fygoon's general jumping controls have been modified such that it is no longer as bad as it was before
• The slope issue was solved after a year of deliberation
