Dungeons&Essence 0.2.2 Public release

As 0.3 is released for patrons I am making 0.2.2 public.

• Every kind of essence now gives you a stat boost when you reach 250 essence.
• Improved the essence UI and you can now see all the current unlockable power of each essence.
• 3 new scenes(Slime, Vilith and Tivara)

This one is a small patch with just a few ui improvements and scenes, the big one is the 0.3 that introduces a new zone and characters.
