Update Highlights
This update brings significant improvements and new features to Terra Uncharted, adding depth, diversity, and enhanced performance.
New Features and Improvements:
- Vine Decay System
A new vine decay system has been introduced, along with changes to vine growth mechanics for a more dynamic environment.
- Biome Enhancements
- Frozen Tundra: Now features trees similar to those in the plains, with updated generation for a more realistic and immersive tundra landscape.
- Jungle: Completely new jungle trees have been added, featuring four unique limb types, multiple trunk styles, and a vibrant hanging design. The jungle generation has been updated to create a lush, intricate environment with new plants and increased variety.
- Expanded Sectional Worlds
The sectional worlds system has been revamped for greater efficiency and flexibility:
- Preset Options: Players can now select from worlds with 4, 6, or 8 sections, with dimensions of 1020x255, 1530x255, and 2040x255, respectively.
- Custom World Size: A custom world size option now allows players to specify up to 99 sections, creating massive worlds up to 25,245x255 in size—enough to take around 100 minutes to fully traverse!
- Random Biome Generation: Each section now generates random biomes, which could include combinations of tundra, plains, and jungle for endless variety.
- Optimizations and Bug Fixes
Significant performance improvements and bug fixes have been implemented, ensuring smoother gameplay across devices.
- New Tiles Added
A total of 32 new tiles have been added to enrich the world’s detail and visual appeal.
