Tiny graphical overhaul

I came back to this little block breaker to give it a long overdue overhaul. Enjoy it!

• Most of the sprites have been redone
• Added visual and acoustic feedback when the ball hits the paddle
• The highscore list now remembers the last initials. No more AAA \o/
• Added two fixed levels before they are randomized
• Minor code improvements
