LOADING SCREEN + Controller Vibration OPTION

There is Now a New Option in OPTIONS called Controller Vibration, You can turn it Off or On in The OPTIONS MENU

There is Now a Loading Screen, so you do not have to wait for the game to do it

I also made adjustments to how much Cactus Money you get when you win in Each Difficulty:

EASY - 100 - 50

NORMAL - 100 - 100

HARD - 100 - 200
