Available to wishlist now + quick content update!

Hi!

For the past few weeks I've been working on releasing my game to Steam alongside Itch.io so everyone can pick the site they want to use.

I'm happy to announce that Requiem For a Lost World is now available to wishlist on Steam!

Two version shouldn't be much different altho Steam's policy required some changes to be made they shouldn't affect Itch.io's releases.

So expect a version 1.7.1 to be available sometime soon both here and on Steam!

With the new patch I decided to focus on ironing out a few quirks with CO-OP that I mentioned before so here is a quick list:

• Players will now share EXP bar, which means everyone levels up at the same time
• When leveling up, everyone's game will be paused until all players have chosen an upgrade
• Host can now pause the game by entering the pause screen
• When picking up Rifts in CO-OP, the loot will be displayed in a small list in the corner of the screen without pausing the game, this can be configured to also work in single player

Additionally since CO-OP can be done through Steam I introduced a CO-OP mode in settings that is set to Auto by default - which means that:

• If the game detects that you are playing through Steam it will default to use Steam's networking but if the game is ran off Steam it will use the previous direct p2p connection

Overall the Steam version is preferable for multiplayer since it does not require you to port-forward on your router or share your IP with anyone but if you can do the port-forwarding then it doesn't really change anything!

Once again, I would appreciate if you could wishlist on Steam (if you want to support me) even if you already play on itch.io
