I created 5 simple towers that I used for prototyping in the game that I'm currently working on. These have been UV unwrapped but I didn't put too much thought into the layout since I'm mainly using these for prototyping.
If you know how to separate the meshes, you can do some animations with the rotation of turret 4's cannon and the circular object on tower 5. I will likely be experimenting with that using rigging for tower 4 and perhaps some vertex displacement in a shader for tower 5. I will post videos on that if I go through with it and share the unity package.
