Train Set GO! v1.1 release

Hi all,

Now that the judging for the jam is over (thanks Mark for the honourable mention!) we've released a new version of Train Set GO!

Changes include:

• Rebalanced difficulty curve
• Added pause menu (press Esc)
• Trains now loop when on circular lines
• Added ability to remove route from line by right-clicking on it
• Many bug fixes
