Small Bug Fix & Balance

Just a small update to fix bugs, and make the last shark hunt easier. I am still thinking about what I want the playable shark mode to be!

Fixed:

• ink object error fixed
• removed text file causing startup error
• Fire tail graphic

Changed:

• shark eggs aren't pushed away from puffer vaccum
• limited bubble spawns, decreased some object spawn rates
• level requirement for the shark to have vertical speed is increased, shark hunt level 5 shark level decreased
• While more full, mermaid is more buoyant and is harder to swim down
• shark hunt levels 3-5 have background color change
