Version 1.8 - The V8 Juice Update

Version 1.8 is here! Major gameplay updates and a first pass at layout.

Changes include:

• Interior art from Evlyn Moreau!
• XP Thresholding - simpler XP tracking, similar development curve
• Simplify all classes:
• Rework Knights, dropping Pages, clarifying Oaths
• Tweak Wizards: XP from iterating rituals, not performing them
• Rework Rangers: Simplify befriending process, rewrite text
• New class: Witches! Collaborate with other Tomatoes and their Players.
