1.2 Changelog

The Perfect Portrait has been updated to version 1.2, which includes the following changes:

• The ability to turn animated text on and off in the Options Screen and the Startup Screen
• All text that is animated is now also bold and will stay bold even if animations are off
• An addition of an Endings Screen, which not only tells players what endings they achieved, but also doubles as a guide. This screen is accessible via quick menu, game menu, and the title screen. You can press the E key to bring it up in-game as well.
• Progress points in the game menu screen to help players know what points they have accumulated when making choices.
• Edits to the user interface
• Now available on mobile! The web version also works on mobile too!

I will be keeping the original 1.1 game files live to show what was done in the O2A2 game jam. It's virtually the same game with no changes to the story or art and I would prefer the updated 1.2 version to be played, but if ever you're curious about the jam version, you're free to check out the old files!
