Rewrites, Calm impact balancing, morale and reactions
Rewrote some unclear rules, and based on feedback made the urgency for maintaining player calm less greedy.
- Calm now only changes when there are two successes or two failures in a row instead of every time the roll is successful or not.
- Added Group Morale and NPC Reaction table.
- Better description and rules for weapons and consumables.
