Design and world-building updates

Added a new logo to the cover, one that ties into the world-building and lore of Dynasty of Blood (the game), as well as visually references the history behind TTRPGs through a design echo of the TSR logo of old.

I join a lot of people who use those old-school designs for inspiration and to evoke the past, in this case (other than TSR itself) I was massively inspired by Chris Bissette's Loot the Room (LTR) and Heimat Der Katastrophe's albums featuring the OSR logo, such as Hex Crawl, one of their newest.

Work on volume two is progressing well! It's ready to be proofed and copy-edited, and all it needs is some art - which I'm happy to announce will be BRAND-NEW illustrations from one of my favorite collaborators.
