v1.9 - New Move Types

- New: Move type for player added, "Chained" which pins player to position with certain permissible range of movement
- New: Move type for player added, "Clock" which allows movement on circular range (left) anti-clockwise and (right) clockwise.
- Adjustment: When shield is enabled with clock movement, shield will guard the player on the outer side of the rail.
- Demo: Re-added old mode settings.
