Added [Show Me The D] option, which is basically streamer mode. Adds a content warning and the ability to preview the phallic imagery before starting the game (black out the screen yourself). If you think it might not be allowed by your overlords, you have the option to disable the D. There's still swearing and suggestive content and I'm not patching that out. Mostly did it cause I felt like it, so if I missed a D, let me know so I can fix it. Enjoy the D!!!! or don't w/e :(
