Update 1.3.1

Updated Tutorial Level to be more in line with how gameplay will be experienced.

• Fixes Multiple Level Bugs were platforms would not properly appear in rare cases.
• Fixes Bug were shadows would not match aspect ratio of screens if changed.
• Updates FOV to feel better and more natural when platforming.
