Paint Jam for a Game Jam.

Paint Jam
A browser Paint Jam made in HTML5

Personal blurb as follows read for full context:   (First off hello I am Space Frogs, I have a team of two other people myself who are going to continue making games. The team name was star toads as I didn't want it to be just named after myself. However now it's just named Space Frogs. I have ADHD, Dyslexia, Plantar Fasciitis, which is fancy words for my feet hurt all the time,  and more rare Disassociative Identity Disorder(DID). DID is it a disorder with memory gaps,  disassociation, derealization, and multiple personalities. DID used to be called Multiple Personality Disorder(MPD) but was changed in the 90s. Others similar diagnosis are Bipolar Disorder(BD), Psychosis, Schizophrenia,  Other Specified Disassociative Disorder(OSDD),  they all have similar symptoms but d i d is the worst of the symptoms in all the cases. I have about 12 different personalities/alters in my system. I bring this up within this post because it's relevant. About 4 to 7 different alters coded in this game. If the coding looks strange because the way the lines are coated is because a different alter coded that. This will be the same for all future projects. This also means I have huge memory gaps within coding and streaming. I will often repeat myself as I don't remember talking about a certain thing or don't know what someone is talking about due to a different altar being present at the time.

This is the first time that my team and I completed a game a start to finish and published it. We learned a lot of things during this project for the Pirate Software Game Jam.  If you have been following along with my twitch journey you will know the majority of the story.  Everyone worked hard on my team, both the artist and music people did amazing in their job. I spent around 150 hours into this project including researching off stream on stream, coding on and off stream. Then 7 hours before the Jam ended one of the files corrupted and broke the game. The game is unplayable at the moment even though I tried to fix it with a mess of an hours. Originally we wanted to make it so you could paint the background as you went along each level. During the Jam I couldn't figure out how to do it, so we decided to instead paint the ground as you walked thus revealing the path forward. Everyone said it was a really cool idea and seemed like a fun game. When the game corrupted it was about 99.89% done I was working on a pause menu and the boss battle. I plan on going back and rebuilding this from the ground up because I don't know where the file lies and I feel like it make it better without the constraints of 2 weeks. The two weeks gave us the time frame we needed to finish and publish the game. We also plan on releasing more games in the future and I will continue to stream so if you want to see the process follow me and chat with me I'll chat with you back; either about the development process, Disassociative Identity Disorder, about your project just about life in general and give you motivation to keep going.  Keep checking back as I will try to update as much as I can.
