V1.16.3 bugfix

Polishing the last bugfix, and easing your CPU 🌬️🖥️. 

• Replaced the intro poster with the new logo, so beautiful 🖼️
  
• Optimize performance 🌟
  
  • Physics control made cheaper (still needs to be enabled in video menu)
  • Optimization of NPCs
• Fixed bugs 🐜
  • Physical menu working and colliding only with hands
  • The flashlight works as a toggle: green when on, red when off. 💡
  • Slightly lower package and slightly faster loading⚡
