10/2023 Updates!

Hopefully fixed an issue with Actors.json and Character Generator plugin parameters. I didn't manage to replicate them, and I was told by two users that they were having problems.

• Updated Character Generator map.
• Updated Character Manager Map
• Updated all the plugins with the latest versions.
