Hi,
The last weeks I have been preparing the AI of the animals of our world. In this post we will talk about Garaboo, a small creatures that walks near its burrows.
Your AI is divided into the following behaviors:
Idle
Walk (Choosing random points near the burrow)
Alert (When the player approaches)
Run away (When the player is too close)
If a survivor equipped with a weapon approaches him, he will shoot him, taking away life.
When his life reaches 0 the Garaboo becomes a hotspot that produces meat.
