I've been pretty happy with this demo so far. Just now, I added the first boss: The Terraformer! It's a worm-like ship that spawns at 1000 points. It will chase your ship down, and fire lasers at it. Are you able to take it down?
Also, I changed the background slightly. The planets and stars are on separate layers to give it more depth.
