Bonnie's Bakery Steam Release Date!

Hello hello everyone! 

SoupDev is beck to give you all an update! The Steam release of Bonnie's Bakery will be dropping July 14th, 2023! How very exciting! You can click this link here to wishlist the game right now and purchase it on the 14th!

For anyone who's already bought a copy of the Fresh Ingredients expansion before the Steam release was announced, worry not! You will be able to redeem a Steam Key! And you can click here for a link to a helpful forum page that'll show you how to redeem your key!

Now, with the release of Bonnie's Bakery on Steam, we've made a few more quality of life changes and bug fixes! Here's a list of just some of the changes you can expect:

• The game no longer crashes if you do nothing during daytime.
• The prep station interactables are now much clearer, and mousing over any interactables during the day should highlight them.
• One more ending
  
• Speed and Stealth focuses have been added to the hunt section of the game. Speed focused gameplay is more in line with the original hunt, with more NPCs, more sensitive AI, and a stronger emphasis on being quick and aggressive. Stealth focused gameplay has less NPCs and less sensitive AI, which should make being stealthy a lot easier. Being spotted will make the police timer go down quicker with the Stealth focus enabled.
• A few of the NPCs dialogues have been tweaked.
• Some ending dialogues have been tweaked.
• You can now use ESC to bring up notes and the pause menu.

These quality of life updates will all be available for the itch.io versions of the game as well! So if you're not looking to get the Steam release of the game, no worries! 

After the Steam release, we plan to take a break from development for a bit. One year of crunching does catch up to you eventually! This past year has been crazy for all of us developers, and we truly feel grateful for everyone who has supported us thus far! This is just the beginning though, so please look forward to our future projects as well!
