update 1.3.1

Hey everyone me again, back with another balancing update.

Exploder was broken, I knew it, you knew it, we all knew it, and Runner was garbage seriously I've only played Runner when testing or to show people how bad he is. I also took this opportunity to buff some of the worse classes.

There's really only 1 new feature

• Zombies give more score based on how strong they are

Now for the balancing

• Reduced Exploder DMG from 25 to 15
• Reduced Pyromaniac reload time from 3 to 5
• Buffed Runner firerate from 5/sec to 10/sec
• Buffed Runner reload time from .25 to .2
• Buffed Assault damage from 1 to 1.5
• Buffed Tank reload time from 2 to 1.5

Also, I fixed the classes with piercing (Plasma, Pyro, Explode) doing insane amounts of dmg per sec and frying bosses like an egg.

Oh and last update I started putting the .sb3 file on the page, it might go terribly wrong with people cheating but who cares.
