Day 3 Hotfixes

This one is a quick balancing update with a few improvements for quality of life, plus balancing.

• Reworked buildings so that you have a max number of slots in each province.
• Construction should be buffed by 100%
• Battles can be auto-resolved with the click of a button.
• Forts are reworked so that players will not be on the hook for thousands of manpower.
  • Instead, enemy forts will be much more reasonable in number.

Anyways, this should do it for the update.
