Our game is finally in alpha! After sprinting for the last two weeks to get something out there, we've finished a tutorial (Brown) and about 2 levels (Blue & Red). See if you're able to figure out how to collect and return all 3 crystals.
Going into specifics, we added the models for the 3 main areas of this build: The hub, blue, and red levels. The hub is based around the theme of an abandoned castle, with hidden entrances to the blue/red levels scattered. Both red & blue will still have environmental differences in future levels, such as adjusting building sizes and reducing ways to "Cheat" your way around the environment, but the general atmosphere will stay the same.
To try out our alpha, download the Alpha.rar file and extract its contents. You will then be able to run Chromacity.exe
Accessibility is important to our team, and so our next goal is to include Colorblind & Audio accessiblity settings. If you notice, there is a lack of SFX in this alpha due to our plan to build an SFX system that supports subtitles rather than rushing things.
