September 19th Bugfix and Update

After much testing I finally fixed the bug where the first level kept looping over and over.

There is also work being done on a standard pause menu, plus an basic option menu for sound volume and a couple other options.
Should be done in a couple of days.

After adding these quality of life improvements other milestones are:

More levels (i.e Something like a episodes list comparable to the classic fps games of the 90ies)
Controller support for xinput and direct input controllers .
New enemies and powerups
