Clouding ver 1.01

first updated download! stuff i fixed:

• added some traffic cones 
• made unnecessarily big maps smaller
• fixed things around the minigame that were broken (note: you can now press shift to leave, hopefully that's obvious)
• made the pixel effect actually accessible (hint: you have to enter the lamp hallway using the lamp effect)
• fixed minor other bugs
