Update 1.0.1

Small update in which I hopefully fix the UI being incorrectly aligned in the WebGL build (looks normal in unity however).

Also changed:

• Added underscores to the numbers on the balls for readability.
• Increased spawn interval of balls when playing with 3 cards.
• Changed color of 'G' to dark green of bingo cards for readability.
• Added default explanation text to 'Rules' screen.
