This new update contains many bug fixes to make the game play as was intended in the 1.0 release.
The pacing of the waves has been modified to feel more fair and have a better sense of progression. Less enemies per squad of enemies, but more squads spawning with each wave now.
Boosting now works in a more straightfoward way: if shift is pressed then the ship will be boosted in the direction the player is facing.
A visual indicator now pops up when a life is lost, and whenever a life is lost the shield will be fully recharged, allowing the player to recover.
