Crab Battler v. 2.9.9 dev build 6.1

The biggest changes with this update involve the addition of persistent user settings for audio volume, animation  characteristics, and difficulty scaling. Old save files should still work if you copy them over.

v. 2.9.9 (dev build 6.1) changes:

• Reworked title options selections into a menu accessible from quest and battle
• Added volume adjustment for music and sound effects
• Added playback adjustment for animation speed
• Added options to reduce flashing effects
• Difficulty is now adjustable during quest mode
• Fixed some battle text errors
• Fixed a crash when Vika's double attack tries to animate
• Slowed down intermission transitions
• Slowed down YOU's maul animation and others
