Footsteps has been released, the final sound effect pack from the IndieSFX game sound library to date. All of the current IndieSFX sound library is now available on this new official itch channel.
This is an all-new set of footstep sounds for every occasion and surface, covering hard surfaces with different footwear, leather shoes, wood steps, steps on stone floors, metal grates, snow, grass and gravel, each separate steps with lots of variety to keep things fresh with each step. Some robot steps with motor noises are included, insect and monster steps too, and distant muffled steps, walking in tunnels and corridors, tiptoes, and a few arcade style steps to round off this comprehensive collection.
This was designed to replace and supersede any earlier footstep packs, so some sounds may be duplicated here for your convenience, but every pack has some unique sounds, so all packs have been made available here for maximum flexibility and choice.
These sounds are supplied in four formats: mono wet, mono dry, stereo wet, stereo dry, all in 44100hz wav format. Stereo sounds are custom made, and mono effects are more than just a merging of channels. Complete sound list and licence in PDF format is included.
