Rickety Bricks

We took a day off from our regular work and made some progress :)

New features:

Countdown animation at end of level.
Tip on level splash screen.
Spawn next brick when last brick has collided.
"Chime" sounds when bricks are dropped.
Level name displayed in HUD.
